Life dealt me a cruel blow with the death of my husband of 29 years to that dreaded disease Cancer. This was years before I started my wonderful healthy coffee business, but it was part of what led me to it eventually.

Later I decided it was time to start rebuilding my life and I remarried. Only 8 months into our marriage I was faced with life threatening surgery. My healthy coffee biz was still years away, and for the next 12 years I spent much time and money trying to rebuild my immune system and get some quality back into my life.
